You will need to share your data as CSV or Excel exports — we do not need login access to your accounts. For ongoing retainer clients we can connect via read-only API access if preferred.
What does the dashboard look like — Excel or Power BI?
Most starter projects use Excel with automated macros and Power Query. The Professional package can be delivered in Power BI for fully interactive visuals. We discuss your preference during the discovery call.
Will the KPI alert system actually notify me automatically?
Yes — the alert system checks your metrics against targets every time you refresh the data. If ROAS drops below your threshold or refund rate spikes, you see a clear alert with recommended action. Optional email alerts available.
Can you track multiple advertising platforms beyond Meta?
